RH258 - Cashless Catering Account Loader

Description

The Cashless Catering Account Loader has been designed for use in cashless environments where the user’s data and balance are stored on a central server.
In normal running mode the user would insert their card into the reader, their card number would be read and sent to the server. The server would then display any message it wishes and enable the loader to accept cash. When the card is removed from the reader the loader automatically disables the coin and note acceptors and sends an end of transaction message to the server, which includes the total value entered and the count of individual notes and coins. Whilst the loader is enabled it will display the total of coins and notes entered at a predefined location on the screen. This is the only time that the loader itself will change the LCD contents, all other displayed information must be sent from the server.

The loader can be configured to accept £2, £1, 50p, 20p, 10p and 5p coins and £50, £20, £10 and £5 notes in any combination or combinations of other currencies if specified at time of order.
